Delivering measurable reform through strategic development cooperation
ITED’s project portfolio reflects structured system reform across vocational education, labour market activation, institutional capacity building and results-based programme management.
Our implementation approach integrates Dual VET system development, work-based learning (WBL) expansion, occupational standards alignment, teacher capacity building and evidence-based project evaluation.
ITED works with international development partners, national institutions and private sector actors to design and implement sustainable reform programmes aligned with European standards.
