Institute for Training and Economic Development (ITED) is an independent development and implementation platform headquartered in Pristina, Kosovo.
ITED operates at the intersection of Policy Advisory, Institutional Capacity Building, Workforce System Reform & Development, and Enterprise support. We work with public institutions, international development partners, organisation, private sector actors, and civil society organizations to design and implement sustainable systems that drive socio-economic transformation.

Founder & Managing Director VET & Institutional Development Expert
Driton Berisha brings over 25 years of experience in workforce systems reform, Dual VET and WBL implementation, institutional capacity building, and project management across Kosovo and the Western Balkans.
As Founder and Managing Director of ITED, he leads the organization’s strategic direction, operational delivery, and stakeholder engagement—overseeing multi-stakeholder initiatives involving public institutions, private sector actors, and international development partners.

ITED operates through a core management structure supported by a broad network of local, regional and international experts across workforce development, institutional reform, private sector development, digital transformation, green transition, gender empowerment, youth and monitoring & evaluation.
